We have an honest, open and supportive working environment.  All our employees are encouraged to ask questions, be curious and inquisitive.  There is no such thing as a stupid question.

Each of our Consultants specialises in key vertical markets, providing in-depth knowledge and expertise to provide a highly polished, knowledgeable service.  Having this specialised approach allows us to continue to exceed the expectations of our clients and provide the best service and create stronger, lasting relationships with our candidates.

Our people are hard-working, professional and dedicated, who strive to hit the highest standards in all their work.  This can mean long hours, but equally we want to provide a work-life balance.  We abide by the ethos - Work hard and your hard work WILL be rewarded.  We have regular incentives and initiatives to reward the team in their achievements.  This ranges from bottles of champagne, to lunches, to holidays in the sun (Read more in our blog)

Here at Amsource we are a business that looks to be sustainable and to always be aware of our requirement to manage our social impact where possible.  We have an open policy to everyone we deal with, with a zero policy to any discrimination of any kind.  We believe in giving back to the local community where possible, and have been involved in a number of charity initiatives.  Over the years we have supported The Candlelighters Trust, a Children’s cancer charity local to Leeds, based at the Leeds General Infirmary.  We took part in various fundraising activities throughout the year including a 15,000ft Charity Skydive where we raised over £3000 for this worthwhile cause.
