Berlin tech events you won't want to miss this week!

Take a look at some of the tech events taking place this week in Berlin. This week's events include an introduction to AWS Lambda and a dev workshop hosted by Wild Code Club Berlin.

AWS Quiet-time presents “Getting started with AWS Lambda and serverless computing

What’s happening?
Chris Munns (Principle Developer Advocate, AWS) will take attendees on a journey to how they can get to grips with serverless computing using AWS Lambda. As well as this, attendees will also be introduced to the basics of building with Lambda and its event-driven model.

Those who attend can expect to leave the event understanding the benefits of serverless computing, architectures and applications as well as new knowledge of the basics of using AWS lambda for running code and basic architecture for app building with Lambda.

Wednesday July 24th (1pm – 2pm)

DevOps professionals, developers and engineers. Anyone interested in learning more about AWS Lambda and serverless computing.

DigiForge presents “Come up with your next big idea- an intro to design thinking”.



 What’s happening?

DigiForge are offering attendees to join them in an interactive workshop that aims to explore the basics of design thinking. Attendees are welcomed to come up with their own tech solution and will also learn how to present it.

Wild Code School Presents “Become a coding Rockstar: Build your own desktop app with Node.JS”

What’s happening?

Wild Code School are inviting Berlin tech enthusiasts to join them for a 2 hour workshop where they will be introduced to the ins and outs of Node.JS and how to build and develop a desktop app.

Who should go?
Those who want to upskill and develop new skills.

Please note – Intermediate JavaScript experience is necessary to understand the code under discussion and to keep up with the pace of the workshop.
