I am currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer based in Leeds.

There is opportunity for the right candidate to move into a DevOps Engineer role or develop into a hybrid Support/DevOps role, where you will gain exposure to  cloud infrastructure (AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCE).

The organisation is a hugely successful start - up based in Leeds, whose AI solutions enable some of the biggest corporates to operate significantly more efficient, sustainable and green.

You will be supporting medium to large scale deployments and supporting customer technology teams to provide support on software and hardware solutions.

-Experience working in a Technical Support role or similar
-Windows / Linux / Mac OS experience
-Bash, Shell scripting
-Personable by nature with the ability to develop and maintain good relationships
-Flexible and open minded
-Good problem solver, proactive and delivery focused.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong aptitude to learning and picking up new tech, and truly values first-class customer service.
The salary on this role is £28,000 - £32,000 dependent on skills and experience.
