Brand new 1st Line Support opportunity for a leading web-software development company. The position will perfectly suit someone with strong customer-facing and technical skills. 

The 1st Line Support will be sat closely with the Development Team and be taught on the systems and applications, in order to allow you to assist customers when they require support. 


Your Responsibilities
You will take ownership of the role, leading in assisting users' issues whilst maintaining a high level of customer service. 

As 1st Line Support you will resolve issues via the telephone and email, as well as refer particular, escalated issues to the Software Developers when required.

From a technical perspective, the 1st Line Support will be involved in answering application queries in line with Skills Sector business knowledge, diagnosing issues, and testing new releases. 


Skills/Experience Required 
Experience in a customer-facing or customer service role 
IT related qualification (any kind) 
Experience with SQL or in a DBA / MI role
Knowledge of secure systems 
Working in a structured environment
