HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO US

TODAY IS AMSOURCE’S BIRTHDAY – WE ARE 6 TODAY! 

We thought it would be interesting to look back at some stats since Andrew established the business on 30th June 2010.

We started out life following Andrew’s decision to leave the corporate world behind.  Initially we focused on the whole spectrum of IT, but now we are solely focused on the software development industry which is where the core of our expertise lies.

We don’t profess to be looking to grow at a phenomenal rate, or be the biggest recruitment company out there.  What we are looking to do is to make sure we do the best job possible for both out clients and candidates within our core markets in Yorkshire and the North West, and from feedback from our clients and candidates we are doing a good job!

So since we started, here's some stats...

We have placed 328 candidates into roles
We have placed 142 Developers into organisations across Yorkshire and the North West
We have placed 63 Testers in the last 3 years
We have placed candidates at 69 different organisations
Our managed service placed 86 candidates into one software organisation experiencing hyper-growth in Yorkshire.

2015/2016
 
The last year has been a particularly ground breaking one for the company, we undertook a rebrand including a brand new logo, website and social media strategy. We've also made great progress in our growth strategy recruiting new members of the team in key positions.

We think we’ve done a pretty good job so far, but now we’re interested in where we are heading.

And we have some big plans for the future...

Through continuing to build and develop our client and candidate relationships we will look to broaden our clients base and to support individuals in the software development industry in achieving their career goals.

Hiring talented consultants into the business will be key to our continued success along with the development of our existing team members.  

This will include hiring experienced Consultants, but with a focus on continuing to grow and develop talented individuals from Graduate level to be our future superstars.

We have enjoyed sustained, organic growth as a business without ever compromising our values or ethics as a company, and the only way we will achieve our aims and goals is though the team members in the business – both current, and future."
