EXCITING TIMES AT AMSOURCE

It’s exciting times here at amsource technology at the moment!

GROWTH…

We have recently moved offices, we are still located on The Calls at Calls Wharf but in a larger office with more space to cater to our growth plans that we are hoping to meet in the coming months.

We are currently on the lookout for new recruits to join our current talented team, to head up new software markets, to heighten our specialist service and develop stronger long lasting relationships with a whole new area of clients and candidates. David our newest recruit has been with us a month now and has been a great addition to the amsource team - read all about his first month with amsource here.

THE REBRAND…

You may have read our 5th anniversary blog  where we outlined just some of our plans for the next couple of months including our rebrand! So what can you expect from our rebrand? Our logo will change completely, and the rebrand will see a bigger focus on our mission and core values. Here at Amsource we are passionate about connecting people, talent and opportunity in technology, and our new website (which will be live alongside the rebrand in six weeks) will emulate this. We have worked closely alongside a talented team of website designers / developers and have collectively designed a brand spanking new state of the art website, geared towards our candidates, current and target clients. Visitors to our website can expect to find target market driven content, including video and written blogs, where visitors will be encouraged to engage, by commenting and sharing their views and starting their own discussions. The website will give our client and candidates the opportunity to get to know our consultants through content on our website which should in turn improve the overall experience of working with us.

THE INCENTIVE…

We’re a small team at Amsource, and we enjoy participating in outings together and getting to know one another. In recruitment, it’s a very target driven environment, our consultants work extremely hard to ensure their targets are met. But of course, everybody likes a little reward at the end of it, and we like to work by a work hard and you will be rewarded type ethos. At the start of January we got to work on our summer incentive. This year the incentive was if we as a team, met our overall targets between January and June we would be going on a team holiday. A vote was cast on the destination of choice and Ibiza came out on top.

We can now reveal after six months of solid graft from the whole team – We’ve met our target and will be off to Ibiza next month! Cool ey?! Exciting stuff!
